Those who host and build communities often don’t have one of their own. We’re here to change that. It’s part braintrust, part craft circle, come with your questions, and learn by doing.
If you build it, they will come is only half the story.
The people we work with come from different industries, career stages, and operate in different kinds of rooms. But they share one thing: they've spent their careers making people belong somewhere, and they've been largely doing it alone.
BoardingPass is built for them. The gatherers, the community builders, the hosts who have spent years making space for everyone else, and who are overdue for a room of their own.
Connection first.
We are a collective of seasoned experience designers, hospitality experts, and facilitators. Led by founder, Christina Hug, an internationally respected community builder and marketer, with over a decade of experience building and growing global communities in both the tech and creative industries.
We've worked with companies and organizations across North America and Europe. Organizations like: Mozilla, Intel, Mailchimp, CreativeMornings, Melia, Decelera Ventures, and McCormick’s.

The Book Club
Not your typical book club. Designed specifically so that if you haven’t read the book you can still get something out of it. We think of it as a gentle, low-lift way to stay connected to the ideas that influence our work. Roughly each quarter we choose one book that has shaped (or challenged) the way we think.
